We understand that it can be a big step to entrust your child with us for a whole week. Our instructors meet high standards and are certified as SLSA Lifeguards and ISA Surf Coaches, or have completed an equivalent training. They ensure that water sports activities are conducted safely.
Furthermore, all our supervisors have a pedagogical background, hold a HALO or CIOS diploma, and have experience in education. The pedagogical climate during the camp is designed so that children can learn a lot, using surfing and having fun as tools. We guarantee that your child is in good hands with us.
Location of the surf camp
All our surf camps take place in Noordwijk at the BeachBreak water sports center, Zeereep 106, exit 21, 200 meters to the right (view on the map).
Participants of the Day Camp can be dropped off between 09:00 – 09:30 and picked up between 17:00 – 17:30.
Our activities mainly take place on and around the beach. Additionally, we organize games and activities that take place on the boulevard, in the dunes, and sometimes even at other locations (View the program). What makes us special is that we have our own water sports center with catering and a pavilion. Here, participants can warm up, relax, and enjoy delicious food. This makes our surf camp unique.
Costs of the surf camps
The costs for this day camp start from €365,- including lunch, snacks, and drinks.
The surf camp for teens aged 10-12, 13-15 years is offered as a day camp or as an overnight camp. The surf camp for teens aged 16-17 years is only offered with overnight accommodation. For the overnight camp, participants are expected to arrive on Sunday between 17:00 – 17:30 at our Pop-Up Surf Hostel, and the camp ends at this location on Friday at 17:00.
Location of the surf camp
This year, for the second year in a row, we have entered into a collaboration with scouting Norvicus. During the summer months, the clubhouse is transformed into a Pop-Up Surf Hostel. Norvicus is within cycling distance from our water sports center and is located on a beautiful, spacious terrain. It is the perfect location to unwind and freshen up after a day full of activities. Our hostel has multiple dormitories, recently renovated toilets and showers, a spacious professional kitchen, and a large grass field with a fire pit. The dormitories are equipped with field beds and mattresses. In the evenings, we provide dinner and evening snacks, and we have prepared a varied and attractive evening program.
Costs of the surf camps
The costs for Camp & Stay start from €625,- including accommodations, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and all activities.
It is mandatory for all participants to have a valid travel insurance. It is important to arrange this prior to the camp so that the necessary documentation can be provided on the first day of the camp during registration. Please note: not all travel insurances cover water sports. It is often possible to take out a short-term travel insurance including cancellation insurance for a week. If you already have an ongoing travel insurance, you should check in advance whether your child is also covered for water sports. Taking out this insurance is recommended due to possible illnesses and accidents.
Due to the high popularity of our surf camps and the associated limited availability, we enforce a strict cancellation policy. This policy is intended to prevent disappointments and to provide clarity for all parties involved. Please note: Cancellations can only be made via email. A cancellation is considered final only upon receipt of confirmation (via email) from us. Failure to make a payment is not considered a cancellation.
