House rules

General house rules

1. The Client must at all times follow the instructions of the staff of BeachBreak.
2. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at the pavilion and at the activity location.
3. Smoking is only permitted in the designated place(s).
4. The consumption of self-brought beverages is not permitted on the terrace or inside the pavilion.
5. Participation in an Activity under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs is not permitted.
6. The presence of weapons, the perpetration of physical or verbal violence, or other unwanted behavior is not permitted.
7. Pets are not allowed, except for dogs, provided they are leashed.
8. The taking of photos or film footage is permitted only insofar as it is for personal use. In all other cases, permission from the management of BeachBreak is required.

House rules Surfschool & Kidssurf

1. The Customer must ensure the safety of themselves and others and must at all times follow the instructions of the BeachBreak staff.
2. The customer must hold a swimming certificate A & B.
3. Minors may only participate in the surfing lessons with the consent of a parent or guardian.
4. Wearing a wetsuit is mandatory during surf lessons.
5. Participation in the surf lessons is only permitted if the waiver has been filled out by the customer or their parent or guardian.

2. The customer must hold a swimming certificate A & B.
3. Minors are only allowed to participate in surf camps with the permission of a parent or guardian.
4. Wearing a wetsuit is mandatory during the surf camps.
5. Participation in the surf camps is only permitted if the waiver has been completed by the customer or their parent or guardian.
6. BeachBreak has a zero-tolerance policy regarding bullying. BeachBreak is entitled to exclude the perpetrator of bullying from participation, provided that no appropriate solution can be found.
